Bob LeClair was a skilled & reputable home builder- in the North Shore of Mass. since 1976 - where he met Sue. After Bob & Sue married, they moved their kids - daughter, Karissa and son, Ryan- to NH in search of a safe, quaint town to raise them. Shore-Built (previously LeClair Bros.) was incorporated in 1996 & spent the next decade building out subdivisions & remodeling homes.
As avid boaters, the Seacoast kept drawing this family there & ultimately fell in love with the beautiful Town of York. For the past two decades the LeClair family & Shore-Built have called York the home base for their cabinetry & building business.
Sadly, in 2016 the LeClairs & Shore-Built lost their beloved husband, dad, friend & fearless leader, Bob. His family felt a determination to continue his legacy through his son, Ryan. Ryan, Sue & the skilled Shore-Built team have honored his memory by growing the business & making many friends through the amazing Clients they meet.
Ryan had been learning at his dad's side since the age of eight & today serves as Vice President. Ryan capably handles everything from sales, to design, to general contracting & will be the familiar, friendly face on-site throughout your project.
As President, Sue manages the business including sales, employees, showroom, marketing and assists Clients as needed. Her highest priority is to always be a professional company offering cabinetry & building services with integrity & a personal touch.
The Shore-Built team, including employees and subcontractors (electricians, plumbers, carpenters, etc), has been working together for, on average ten years, some over 15 years & are considered part of the LeClair family.
